Jay Bivins co-founded Elite Flooring Contractors in 2003 and established company values of craftsmanship, integrity, and service. Now retired, Jay’s lasting impact is reflected in Elite’s strong reputation, long-term client relationships.

With 30 years in HR, Rosland brings a passion for people, a love of teamwork (on and off the field), and a positive presence. Rosland supports Elite’s success both behind the scenes and across the team.

Bringing 33 years in construction, David adds deep experience & precision to every project. His lifelong work ethic was formed early, growing up in his family-owned commercial beekeeping business.
